If a reservation form has been prepared and submited by the planning team,
then the "EVENT" name will be underlined and displayed in Bold characters. Select the Event name that you want a reservation form.
You will be requested to enter the Snowbird username and password. then the form will be displayed in this window.
Then you can print the form and send it to the club treasurer.
